Chad Inderman
Attorney
Chad grew up in rural Central Texas and graduated from Texas A&M
University. Chad has been a member of the law firm since he
graduated, with honors, from Texas Tech University School of Law.
Chad
has worked with the firm for over nine years where he rapidly advanced to
a full partnership position.
His aggressive approach to litigating cases has repeatedly led to large
monetary recoveries for our injured clients and their families.
Chad
has been successful in settlement and trial of many wrongful death and
serious injury cases.
A sample of Chad’s
case experience includes catastrophic workplace injuries involving cotton
gins, warehouses, forklifts, cattle feeding facilities, petroleum
refineries, grain handling facilities, oilfield work, and various other
industrial accidents. Chad’s expertise in OSHA regulations and workplace
safety standards gives our clients an advantage in their cases that has
led to numerous successful recoveries for injured workers.
Chad
also handles litigation of serious automobile, motorcycle, and truck wreck
accident cases.
Chad is a winner in the courtroom, where he has frequently
appeared as lead attorney in successful jury trials for our injured
clients. Chad
is licensed to practice law in all state courts in
Texas
and New Mexico.
He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for
the Northern and Western Districts of Texas,
the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the
United States Court of Appeals for the
Fifth Circuit.

Chad and his wife A'Lysia live on their farm near Shallowater,
Texas. Both are active in the Lubbock community where A'Lysia spends
most days volunteering for various charitable organizations. Chad considers
it an honor to represent injured people and their families against large
corporate wrongdoers and insurance companies.
