Emilio received his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1996. He received his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. While in law school, Emilio served as Secretary for the Mexican-American Law Students Association. Emilio started off his legal career as a prosecutor in El Paso, Texas. He has been specializing in personal injury law for 11 years.
