We have an in-house, state of the art, digital video production studio. Don Jenkins is our full time digital media producer. He has 15 years’ experience in video production. We produce our own animation so that a jury can see for themselves how an accident happened.

We all know the importance of visual communication. We use the latest graphic arts technology to illustrate our claims. Whether we are presenting a claim at mediation or trial, we believe that a picture is worth a thousand words.

Investigations

We believe that it is important to get to the scene as soon as possible, before witnesses memories fade. We aggressively obtain court orders to enter premises, and protect and preserve evidence. We can have our team of consulting engineers on the scene within hours of being hired on a case.

Medical Records

We have a team dedicated solely to medical records management. It is critical that records be identified and filed promptly with the Court. Our team summarizes medical histories and helps identify medical issues. They coordinate medical graphics production to illustrate medical procedures and damages.

Flight Services

In many areas of litigation, responding diligently to court deadlines and to opportunities presented puts us one step forward. Our attorneys and support crew often rely on the firm’s airplane service to meet schedules. Because of this additional asset, attorneys and staff members are able to fly anywhere at anytime to better serve our clients.
