Industrial Accidents

We have handled hundreds of industrial workplace injury claims. These cases range from gas explosions to grain elevator deaths, from cotton gin amputations to meat packing plant accidents. Some companies try to create the appearance of worker’s compensation insurance when, in fact, they are non-subscribers. We identify third-party claims and aggressively pursue gross negligence death claims even when there is worker’s compensation insurance.

Oilfield Accidents

We have successfully represented numerous clients in oilfield injury and death claims. Our experience helps us identify the root cause of the accident and identify the appropriate defendant. We maintain an active docket of oilfield injury and death cases.

Truck Wrecks

We have seen families torn apart and lives ruined because trucking companies too often are more concerned with cost and speed than safety. We have helped our clients hold trucking companies responsible for unqualified drivers, poor maintenance and systematic disregard of DOT regulations.

Train Wrecks

Our firm has a national reputation for grade crossing accident litigation. Kevin Glasheen was lead counsel in train wreck trials which resulted in the largest and second largest train wreck jury verdicts in Texas. We are active in the ATLA Railroad Litigation Section. We maintain an active docket of railroad crossing cases.
